My experience in mental health has led to work with individuals in areas not limited to depression, anxiety, addiction and trauma. My background in biology informs my understanding of the mind/body connection. I work from a solution-focused, person-centered framework utilizing motivational interviewing to help clients work towards becoming their best selves.
My personal philosophy of counseling is to meet you where you are at and become a passenger on your journey of life to help you reach your personally defined goals.
