Do you find yourself constantly preoccupied with negative thoughts? Are you sick and tired of feeling trapped in a cycle of low self-esteem or negativity? Is your self-worth defined by expectations set by others and/or society? If you can relate to any of these questions, I'm here to help you on your journey towards healing. My goal is to empower you to overcome challenges and cultivate self-compassion and self-worth. I specialize in those experiencing varying struggles such as disordered eating, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more. I can also offer a safe space for those apart of the LGBTQIA+ community.
With a warm and non-judgmental approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we can identify the patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck and develop effective skills to overcome them.
Taking the first step towards seeking help can be intimidating, but remember that you should not have to face these difficulties alone. Reach out to me today, and together we can embark on a transformative journey towards healing. Your well-being and recovery are important, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
