I work with people ages 12 and up, with a variety of presenting issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, sexuality and gender, trauma, difficulty with social skills, and life transitions. In therapy, you can expect an open mind, feedback and a plan to help you move forward through the issues you are struggling with.
I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), certified in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University and implement mindfulness-based practices into sessions. Self-care is one of the most overlooked things in today's society and I am a strong proponent of incorporating that into your treatment plan. I am an advocate for moving your body every day.
