As a psychotherapist & a dance/movement therapist, I work from a mind-body perspective to integrate the whole self. In addition to talk therapy & cognitive interventions, we may also incorporate: Somatic movement; Guided meditation; Breath work; Energy work including chakra, aura, or tarot; Astrology insights; Private mindful movement sessions.
