With a will to get better and a person to support you through it, you too can overcome the things you thought were once meant to destroy you. My therapy style is one in which together we will learn and grow in a non-judgmental, safe space that ultimately brings healing and wholeness.
I offer support & techniques to help you learn more about yourself and how to overcome the symptoms you are experiencing. I am trained in EMDR and use that as method to process trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, and more. As well as trained in Play Therapy, CBT, DBT, LGBTQIA+ support and use that as a method to process emotions, and gain comfortability.
