I believe we all need the right support when it comes to making important changes in our lives, whether that’s improving health, changing careers or deciding to pursue healing from past trauma. My hope is to work with women who are ready and willing to consider what change would look like for them and then identify and execute the steps necessary to achieve it.
I am passionate about teaching my clients the skills to manage and overcome the cognitive, behavioral and relational challenges that keep them from living full, abundant lives. I have an interest in working with anxiety and eating disorders and have special training in treating both.
I believe each of us has been gifted life for specific purposes and that mental illness, trauma, heartbreak and pain all have the potential to rob us of the ability to live out those purposes. I hope to be able to use my education, training and experience to partner with my clients to reclaim the power within them to walk fully and freely in their purpose.
