I teach couples to build a foundational relationship so they can live the life of their dreams. Being in a committed partnership brings up a lot of our past patterns and roles. We often justify our behaviors, struggle to really hear each other and fear our partner may never change. With Rooted Relationships, you will deeply know yourself and your partner and have tools to be highly functioning and successful! If you have done therapy before, individual or couples, you've got a good start. My work helps you and your partner take it to the next level: with each of you rooted deeply in yourselves, your relationship can flourish.
I work with couples using EFT and SCT frameworks to understand themselves better in the context of their relationship. I help you build truly effective communication as well as self-awareness, compassion for each other and a path toward being deeply seen and met. I have a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have worked with clients since 2011.
