My specialty is children and family mental health: Depression, anxiety disorders (like panic, social anxiety, and OCD), grief, adjustment to divorce, disrupted attachment, breakdown in family communication and problem behaviors as in ADHD/ADD. I have extensive experience teaching parenting classes. I use CBT, ACT, Solution Focused and Mindfulness therapies.
