After earning my Masters in Social Work from Adelphi, I learned different modalities such as CBT, DBT, & narrative therapy working in outpatient clinics. I completed level 1 training in Gottman Method for Couples Counseling & after learning trauma informed counseling at CCAN, I obtained a post graduate certificate in Trauma Modalities for PTSD & abuse.
I provide a compassionate, safe space where together, we can explore your challenges, better understand them & come up with strategies to set you up for success.
