As a sexuality and intimacy specialist, I am committed to helping individuals and couples to navigate the complex and sensitive aspects of their intimate lives through talk therapy. As a trauma therapist and certified EMDR Practitioner with 35 years of experience, many therapists including EMDR therapists have sought out my services. In using a blend of skill building and EMDR, my goal is to help clients to rewrite their narrative and reclaim their power.

I also provide support and education to peri- and postmenopausal women whose diminished hormones may be contributing to depression, anxiety, and other mental health symptoms.

I have a MSW from Widener University and a MS in Counseling from Villanova University and am licensed in DE. I have enjoyed working with clients across the lifespan from ages 4 - 86.
