About

Our native language is play. As we grow, we need to a safe space in which we are able to express and process our experiences -- to express ourselves with no judgement, no limitations, and through a modality of mediums. Success and growth can come from experiencing the therapeutic relationship, a supportive environment, and gaining tools necessary for coping with life's challenges, ultimately obtaining an appropriate sense of control over one's self.
I am passionate about the needs of families and the impact of mental health on children and adolescents. I enjoy incorporating play, art, mindfulness, nutrition, music, literature, and movement into each session, working from a strength’s based, holistic approach.
Sometimes we feel lost within our own lives and with our children. Let me help your family grow and obtain a sense of peace within the chaos of every day life.

Social Skills 4 Kids

A child's native language is play - that is why the best way to teach your child is by allowing them to experience skills in real time by playing. As children grow, they need to practice social skills like cooperating, following directions, and problem-solving to allow for them to flourish as adults. Social skills can be complex and challenging to navigate, so let us help your child with utilizing their innate skills!
