I am dedicated to helping and empowering others. I provide psychoeducation and therapeutic advocacy, delivering well-rounded support to all individuals effected by the various struggles of life. Change is scary and, at times, difficult; however it is possible and effective in developing a happier, healthier you.
I am trained and experienced in a combination of diverse modalities, including CBT, DBT, REBT, Mindfulness, and various other treatments which help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, and other mental health concerns. I develop individual treatment plans specific to the client based on what is best to suit their needs.

I am straight-forward and honest so my clients are well informed on their care and treatment.
