I'm Malika, a licensed clinical social worker based in Atlanta, GA. In my practice, I specialize in guiding adult women through life's stressors. Whether it's grappling with anxiety, depression, and difficulty with focus and organization, I will work with you to develop tools needed to overcome adversity and begin living in alignment with your values.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to reframe unhelpful thoughts, guiding you towards a more balanced and accurate perspective. Through CBT, we unlock new pathways to understanding and change. Motivational Interviewing (MI) is another cornerstone of my approach, designed to ignite and sustain your motivation for meaningful change.
