Having lived in two different countries has provided me with an insight into the unique set of conflicts that arises due to cultural differences and when we have different set of values than people around us. I have gained experience in working with adults facing challenges including, not limited to, anxiety, grief, depression, life transition, and trauma.

Groups
Domestic Violence Survivor Group - Level 1
It is a virtual 10-weeks Domestic Violence Survivor Group: Level 1, for South Asian women. It's a closed group with a maximum of 6 participants, starting from April 5th - June 7th. Since it is a Level 1 group, the focus will be on 1. Psychoeducation on domestic violence related topics 2. Building coping strategies to help with boundary setting, emotion regulation, and more. 3. Building a survivor's community focused on healing.
