I believe healing happens in relationship with ourselves, with others, and within the stories and systems we carry. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating grief, trauma, identity, isolation, or the weight of holding it all together for others. Some are couples feeling disconnected; others are helpers holding the stories of those they serve. Many seek a compassionate, grounded space where they can feel seen, supported, and met with care.

My approach blends Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment theory, somatic and narrative practices, and a culturally responsive, systemic lens that honors identity, family history, and social context. I help clients explore patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and create new ways of relating to themselves and others.

Prior to this role, I spent years as a victim advocate supporting survivors of abuse and violence as well as those in helping roles. It is work that deepened my commitment to holding space with presence and care. I strive to offer a place where all parts of you are welcome.
