I work alongside clients to develop their awareness of behavioral patterns and use mindfulness-based CBT techniques to redirect repetitive and compulsive thought patterns. I particularly enjoy working with clients heal and recover from narcissistic abuse, which is rampant in our day and age.
I help clients to become more aware of their behavioral and thought patterns by incorporating mindfulness into sessions. I also focus on processing core emotional experiences by honing in on the somatic location of emotions and learning to be fully present with whatever may arise. I also encourage clients to seek body-based treatments such as acupuncture.
I love to support clients through the difficult and illuminating times that we are currently experiencing. I enjoy working with clients to assist them in becoming the most empowered version of themselves.
