My therapeutic interventions are informed by cognitive-behavioral, relational, solution-focused, and person-centered approaches. I incorporate concepts grounded in eastern philosophy, mindfulness, and dialectical thought, putting a strong emphasis on a holistic approach that combines overall mental and emotional health, well-being, and general life fitness.
