You may feel stuck in patterns that are not working for you: destructive relationships, self-sabotage, loneliness, an unfulfilling job, feelings of insecurity and fear. In our work together, I help you gain insight into these patterns and work actively to change them. Over many years as a clinician, I’ve learned that therapy can help you discover your full potential by developing a stronger sense of agency and confidence in your relationships and your everyday life. I also know that therapy helps you put words to your pain and experiences, past and present, and this is the conduit for relief of psychological suffering.

I specialize in trauma, mood disorders, personality issues, and individuals struggling with a sense of belonging due to abuse, immigration, sexual, gender, or racial identity. I have worked with individuals of all ages, groups, couples, and families in a multiplicity of settings - hospitals, clinics, and universities.

I integrate psychodynamic, evidence-based, and creative approaches tailored to your needs. Everyone needs to feel seen and listened to in a meaningful way, and we all grow from alliances where we feel safe and gently challenged. Let's work together to unearth the roots of your suffering, and make positive, proactive changes in your life.
