I’m a therapist who works with clients navigating life changes, stress, identity questions, and relationship challenges. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and safe to be your full self.
My approach is collaborative, affirming, and strength focused. I offer a thoughtful, supportive space where you can show up fully, explore what’s not working, and reconnect with what matters to you. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or other stressors, we’ll work together at a pace and depth that aligns with your goals.
I understand how complex and challenging the process of initiating therapy can be. I'm happy to schedule a brief phone consultation if you're interested in learning more about my work and my therapy practice.

Groups
Interpersonal Process Group -- Recruiting Now!
In this group, you will be able to explore how you relate to yourself and others. Through talking about your thoughts and feelings as they arise — both about your life in general and your experience with other group members — you will have an opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself and learn about your experience of relationships. This group offers the chance to express yourself in new ways, safely explore others’ experience of you, and learn about what relationships bring up for you. People also often find groups to be sources of connection and support. Led with Dr. Michael Olivares.
