I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, workplace stress, burnout, career concerns, life transitions, and perinatal and postpartum mental health challenges. I am also a Certified Employee Assistance Professional and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist.
