I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 6 years of experience offering collaborative, person-centered counseling. I specialize in helping adult clients better manage anxiety, depression, substance use, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, stress management, emotional regulation skills, and more. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado and later completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Kansas.
Having lived and worked in various communities, I’ve developed strong skills in connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and belief systems. In my practice, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and other therapeutic models to guide you through the change process in a way that fits you.
