My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that because our emotional pain often originates in relationships, we must also heal in relationships through authentic connection and genuine openness. I offer a warm, inviting presence for clients to show up exactly as they are and reveal themselves fully in a safe space. I believe that all versions of ourselves - the "good" and the "bad" - are connected to the stories, people, and environments that shape us. As your therapist I am interested in who you are, where you've been, and the person you are becoming.

Therapy works best when it incorporates relational connection as well as body-focused approaches. I practice trauma-informed psychodynamic and narrative therapies that focus on childhood attachments, environmental and societal influences, and internalized beliefs; as well as somatic therapies that encourage bodily awareness and regulation.
No two people and no two bodies are alike. As such, your therapeutic process will be uniquely tailored to you and your needs. Together we will collaboratively explore your stories and symptoms, inviting deep curiosity to foster self-awareness and an unfolding of your highest self.
