I approach patient care with the belief that we all have the inner resources needed for healing. Being in therapy does not need to be a life-long process yet one can gain invaluable insight as well as emotional and mental support from working with a seasoned clinician. The therapeutic process should help one to become increasingly more honest with self and ultimately more capable of enjoying life's precious moments.
I was originally trained in Jungian analysis and am of the mindset that people are more than just their diagnosis and implement an exploratory, clinically-integrative, and solution-oriented approach. I enjoy working with both couples and individuals and utilize multiple modalities from EMDR and CBT to psychodynamic and Reality Therapy.
