I specialize in working with individuals experiencing grief and anxiety. Grief can be a complex and challenging process, and I provide a supportive and nurturing space for clients to explore their emotions, find meaning in their loss, and gradually heal. Anxiety is another area of expertise, and I assist individuals in understanding the underlying causes of their anxiety and developing practical tools to manage and reduce its impact on their daily lives. I provide a nonjudgmental and safe environment where clients can explore their fears, develop self-compassion, and cultivate resilience.

Michael Baskin is a licensed independent social worker with over 40 years of experience in mental healthcare. He received his bachelor's degree from Ohio University and his master's degree from Case Western Reserve University. He has previously worked in community mental health, private practice, outpatient and school-based settings. He has extensive training in family systems and in Jungian studies. He received the Lifetime Achievement Award form the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Board of Cuyahoga County in 2018. He specializes in issues regarding grief, death, illness-related issues, mood disorders and family systems.

My ideal client is an individual who is open to working as a team and benefiting from a therapeutic relationship in which honesty, accountability, and empathy are paramount. While a client’s concerns are unique and personal, there is nothing they cannot overcome through effective therapeutic interventions and a highly-trained and relatable clinician.

Solomon Zaraa, DO is board-certified in both General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. He has expertise in medication management in all mental health disorders including ADHD, behavioral disorders, depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, panic, PTSD and other trauma-related conditions, and autism.

James R. Polzner is an LISW in the State of Ohio. He has 38 years of experience providing mental health care throughout Northeast Ohio. He began his career in the Psychiatric Emergency Room at St. Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland. He then became the Emergency Services Program Director for the Mental Health system in Medina County, where he worked for 15 years. He served as Director of Social Work at Windsor Hospital in Chagrin Falls. He later provided out-patient therapy at Psychological Behavioral Consultants in North Olmsted and is currently an out-patient therapist at Lifestance Health in Beachwood.

Bill Hamilton received his master's degree in social work from Case Western Reserve University and his bachelor's degree from Baldwin-Wallace College. He served in supervisory and investigation positions with the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services for 20 years. He is a member of the International Dyslexia Association and on the Board of Directors with the Lutheran Metropolitan Ministries START program, which serves at-risk youth. He also serves as an adjunct instructor for Case Western Reserve and Cleveland State Universities.

Dr. Roth has worked with children and adolescents in a wide range of clinical, therapeutic, educational and recreational settings for more than 20 years. He is certified by the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and has completed advanced training in working with children, adolescents and physical process. He also has received certification from the Diversity Management Program of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science. Dr. Roth has researched, designed and facilitated wilderness-centered rites of passage programs, including participation in Herb Stevenson's Natural Passages and the Hero's Journey.

In my 30 years of experience as a child and adult clinical psychologist, I have developed a diverse set of assessment and therapeutic skills, allowing me to provide optimal care to children, adults and families. I am a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), and my specialties include helping families going through the difficulties of divorce, parent coordination, preserving a cooperative and collaborative environment to keep the children's best interests a priority, and conducting court-ordered custody evaluations. Attorneys and courts frequently request these services in order to help resolve child custody and parenting disputes.

I have served those with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Family Issues, etc. My ideal client is motivated to roll up their sleeves and engage in the therapeutic process. They have an open mind and can practice effective coping skills to improve their overall functioning and quality of life. They can challenge themselves to be vulnerable and practice accountability while processing their problematic thinking patterns and behaviors in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Nick Rossy is a licensed Social worker with five years of mental health treatment experience. He has three years' experience with crisis & suicide hotline, two years' experience with outpatient mental health counseling. Primary theoretical approach to treatment includes elements from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and general mindfulness practices. He earned both a Bachelor of Psychology and Master of Social Work from University of Cincinnati. He has worked in the community and crisis hotline settings and provides individual therapy for Adults and Adolescents.

It is my feeling that all people have an innate need to succeed in life and to discover and better understand their human potential and purpose. It is also my feeling that growth occurs when we look inward. Through thoughtful introspection, the human spirit has the opportunity to evolve and actualize in both our conscious and unconscious lives.

I have worked primarily in community mental health over the course of my career as a mental health professional. Providing services for children, adolescents, and adults in a wide variety of settings has been an especially satisfying and rewarding experience. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology from John Carroll University and also earned a Master’s Degree in Community Agency Counseling from Cleveland State University.

As a Clinical Psychologist, my specialties are anxiety and anti-anxiety training , depression and anti-depression training, OCD, relationship training and coaching for individuals. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my main method and is a very learner friendly set of skills. Whatever method used, healing old wounds releases new energy for learning the skills needed to overcome old habits that interfere with the best we can be. Building and learning mindfulness skills and a new awareness is a part of CBT.

Doug Hornbeck has more than 35 years experience in mental health care working with children, adolescents, adults, families and groups. He previously served as a supervisor for the psychiatric intake department through the Cleveland Clinic Health System and managed an Intensive Outpatient Program. In private practice for more than 10 years, he has specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), hypnosis and critical incident stress debriefing. He also has more than 20 years experience working with the HIV/AIDS population.

Steve Fratantonio is a licensed mental health counselor studying for his doctorate in counseling psychology. He has more than 15 years of experience providing mental health care services to children, adolescents and adults in private practice and community mental health. His specialty area of interest is working with both adults and adolescents, as well as their families. He has advanced training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and alternatives for families: cognitive behavioral therapy (AF-CBT).
