I've worked in a variety of settings, administering numerous types of evaluations, from workers comp, to neuropsychological, parental fitness to custody evaluations. In therapy, I listen for core conflictual themes. Rev Harry is the founder of Alpha & Omega. Rev Harry holds a State License as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor(LCADC). Harry holds a four-year degree from Somerset Christian College in Psychology/Christian Counseling, and his Masters at Mid American Christian University (MACU). He is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Harry serves in leadership roles at Zarephath Christian Church and assisted in the development and launch of Victory in Christ Ministry. Rev Harry volunteers in the capacity of a Pastoral Christian Counselor at Zarephath's Health Center, serving those struggling with addictions.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) in the state of New Jersey. I use evidence-based therapies and techniques in Motivational interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also incorporate client-centered and strength-based approaches to help and empower people, so that they can improve their quality of life. I have worked with a range of people from teenagers to adults/seniors with varying difficulties i.e. grief and loss, end of life issues, substance dependence/addiction, codependency, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, anger management, and self-esteem.

I have over 30 years of experience managing and providing various mental health and addiction services. I have been responsible for the coordination of reentry services for individuals returning to the community from correctional settings and State/County psychiatric hospitals. These services include the supervision of individuals diagnosed with anxiety, depression, substance abuse disorders, Megan’s Law, domestic violence and other criminal offenses. In private practice I utilize evidenced-based approaches to provide services. These interventions include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy.
