As an EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy) trained couples therapist, I have helped couples work through gridlock and experience vibrancy again in their relationship. Individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, and past trauma have benefited from EMDR therapy.
I am trained in Unconditional Love and Forgiveness, a powerful and transformative process for letting go of the suffering we carry from past hurts. I'm trained in using EMDR for very early trauma. My office is in a central Twin Cities location near highways 94 & 280.
