My role is to provide you with a welcoming/ judgement-free space, where you can feel heard and understood. I will support you in overcoming adversity, strengthening relationships, and increasing self-awareness. I work with adolescents and adults, and I integrate a wide range of therapeutic methods so I can provide therapy that best fits your personal needs and strengths.

My specialties include trauma/abuse/grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions/stage of life, and relational conflict. I also specialize and have training in Art Therapy, which is a therapeutic model that focuses on visual expression. If you are is interested, art therapy provides a platform to visually process emotions through creative expression.
