I'll be blunt; if you're looking to get shit done, then let's have a conversation. I know that's not the most professional thing you've seen on this site and I am about results over sugar coating. When meeting with me, you can expect to be challenged. That's because I believe in you; I believe in your strength and your ability to overcome. For the past fourteen years, I have been fortunate enough to work alongside people in their journey of healing. I've seen the resilience, adaptability and power of the human experience and I want to support you in seeing that in yourself.
I'm the clinical director for a substance use program. I have worked extensively with adults and teens struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use issues, and much more. I use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches based on the person in front of me. With that, my favorites are brainspotting, reality therapy and narrative therapy.
