My style of treatment aims at exploring and understanding ways of thinking, behaving and relating to others that are outside of the one's personal awareness. This lack of awareness can often result in repetitive patterns of behavior that leads to dissatisfaction and emotional anguish in a person's life.
I seek to create a safe, warm and non-judgmental environment, while helping you to identify key thought patterns and specific barriers or behaviors that are stopping you from living a more fulfilling life.
