I have over 25 years of professional experience. It takes an act of courage to come to counseling. I look to provide a place where clients can work through their concerns without being judged. I see individuals and work on with them on anxiety, shame, guilt, feeling powerless, impulse control, anger, depression, addiction, life transitions and career/ school difficulties. I work with couples to promote healthy communication, safety, vulnerability and intimacy. I work with children to develop behavioral and emotional coping skills to succeed at home and school. I work with families to resolve conflict.
I specialize working with trauma, addictions and relationships. I am certified in EMDR therapy for ongoing, recent and past trauma. I have received training for addictions and substance abuse. I am an expert in attachment theory. I am contracted with first responder networks, ASU, grade and high schools and several medical facilities.
My practice is client centered. I am small business owner and look to accommodate each client's specific needs. I have earned being of the 3 best marriage counselors in Chandler.
