I'm a Licensed Counselor that enjoys working with Individuals, Families, Couples and other Counselors. I specialize in helping develop coping skills and communication skills at home and in the workplace. I love to work with anyone struggling with anxiety including racing thoughts, panic attacks, social anxiety, and chronic pessimism. Couples struggling with communication, intimacy, finances, and vulnerability are also a specialty. Lastly, I enjoy empowering young adults to reach their potential, find dignity, and step into their independence.
Therapy is meant to be conversational and create a relational experience that encourages personal growth. We are a team and will work together towards a healthy outcome. I provide a personalized approach that will focus on finding a solution and equipping you with the tools to maintain your progress.
One of my main goals is to help decrease the stigma that can be associated with counseling and empower a person to take control over, what may seem like, an overwhelming situation.
