Finding someone who makes you feel understood is often challenging even in a therapeutic setting. I work collaboratively with clients, and emphasize an empathic client-therapist relationship. I have a very simple approach to therapy which is to understand your dreams, together set goals with you to achieve those dreams, and to teach you coping skills to manage the difficult challenges you are facing.
Although, my concentration is in the area of substance abuse, I also coach clients in areas of relationships, finances, health and wellness, emotional, spiritual, personal well-being, and professional issues. Additionally, I specialize in an array of men's issues, including relationship development, and fatherhood.
Personal growth and development is the key to happiness. When you gain a greater understanding of your value then you will stop giving people discounts. As you become more conscious of your strengths, you become more confident in yourself. Then, remarkable things can happen.
