I have over 10 years of experience working with families, children, and adolescents. In the past 5 years, I have expanded to working with adults and supervising up-and-coming therapists helping them build their practice and presence as counselors. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and personal growth. My background is in humanistic, existential, and transpersonal therapy.
The therapy I provide is person-centered and utilizes discussion as well as experiential modes (geek therapy, guided imagery and music, visualization, and mindfulness). Every person is different, but I will work with you to identify the challenges you are facing, and you so that you can live an authentic and meaningful life.
