I specialize in helping individuals navigate major life changes or transitions. These types of changes can feel destabilizing and create anxiety or depression, even if the change is something you want. Many clients come in saying they feel stuck and don't know what to do anymore. Talking through these life events and understanding how they affect you can help reduce the worry and uncertainty, making it easier to think clearly and make decisions.
Together, we will explore your feelings, your circumstances, and your options. Because we all carry our past experiences with us, many of us struggle with unresolved feelings of shame or unworthiness or failure. These unresolved issues can have a profound impact on our current circumstances and relationships, and influence how we manage life events.
