Hi y'all, I'm Malanna, rhymes with Madonna! I’m quite the unorthodox therapist, so I’ve been told, because I approach mental health with the same sincerity that we take with our physical health. I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the people who sit in front of me and trust me with their vulnerability. I'm big on cooperation; pairing your self-insights with my expertise. I'll do my best to help you highlight all of your hidden strengths, buried wins, and natural gifts that life can make us lose sight of. I currently offer telehealth services but I can guarantee it’ll be just as good as seeing me in person!
We can address your mental health in a way that suits you specifically! I know a lot of programs take a “one size fits all” approach but I don’t believe that’s fair! Different things work for different people and I would absolutely be honored to figure out what works for you so you can get to the mental, spiritual, and physical health space of your choosing!
Every encounter can teach us something fundamental about ourselves that pushes us towards self-improvement, even if only marginally.
