I have training and experience addressing various mental health concerns that range from depression, anxiety, relational conflict to gender dysphoria. I also have specialized experience working with same-gender-loving, lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, queer individuals, as well as, gender fluid, transgender, non-binary, and other gender-diverse folks.
In addition to my background in providing individual and group therapy, I have completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at Niroga Institute. If appropriate and mutually agreed upon, yoga and/or mindfulness meditation can be integrated into psychotherapy treatment.
