My goal is to provide a space where clients feel welcome, seen, and heard. I am dedicated to providing an all-inclusive, safe space for clients to explore and express themselves freely. Through a collaborative effort between client and counselor, I explore difficulties and struggles in one’s life through the character structure lens of attachment, separation, integration, and adulthood. I strive to help clients gain the necessary tools for greater self-awareness, understanding, and overall healing.

I have a strong passion for guiding and helping individuals reach a healthy well-being as well as their own self-development and healing goals. I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) and am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, and Somatic Based Practices to provide resources to meet the needs of each individual, unique client.
