I often work with individuals who are navigating legal systems, child custody concerns, housing insecurity, or who have cycled through treatment before but never felt truly understood or supported.
My role is to walk alongside you, not to fix you, but to support and empower you as you reclaim your life, your choices, and your voice. I understand that healing isn’t a linear process, and recovery doesn’t happen overnight. I focus on creating a space where you can be honest, take risks, and begin the work of building something better for yourself.
I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely, make mistakes, ask tough questions, and grow. We’ll work on the things that matter most to you, whether that’s staying sober, managing your emotions, building healthier relationships, addressing past trauma, or simply learning how to breathe through the day without feeling overwhelmed.
