About
I strive to create a safe, healing space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I am a trained mindfulness meditation instructor and view mental health from an integrated, holistic lens. The most effective therapy is built on an open, collaborative relationship and I am sensitive to your unique needs, culture, and identities. I believe the journey towards authenticity begins with expressing emotions and illuminating insights. I am excited to take the first step in this transformative journey with you! I am committed to my own growth and exploration.
I practice holding myself with softness, care, and compassion, as this allows me to do the same for others that I serve. My specialties include stress, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, depression, chronic health conditions, and substance abuse. I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University.
I am also a trained Yoga and Meditation instructor. I have experience serving diverse communities, including people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, corporate offices, inmates, and elders with dementia and Alzheimer's.
