Welcome, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in couples therapy and certified in the Gottman Method and trained in the developmental model for couples therapy. I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to help partners feel heard, deepen their connection, and develop the tools needed to navigate conflict, communication, and intimacy. I welcome couples who are ready to work together and strive to create a curious, inclusive environment where partners from diverse backgrounds feel supported in collaboratively identifying and pursuing their relationship goals.
I provide structured tools, guided practice, often using didactic communication and tailored feedback initially in sessions and transitioning out of sessions. As change begins to take place, we refine and adjust goals as needed to ensure that progress is sustainable and meaningful for both partners and that progress is translated into independent capacities.
I strive to communicate in a warm, clear, and grounded way throughout the treatment process. The tone I set is both compassionate and structured — creating a supportive space where each partner feels respected and safe to share, while also encouraging accountability and active engagement in the work.
