Stepping into therapy and engaging in your own personal growth is empowering. We all manage an immense number of stressors in our daily lives, and therapy is a space where you can take time to pause, reflect, and grow. I work with individuals of diverse backgrounds—including adolescents and young adults—who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, cultural adjustment, interpersonal stress, and more. I understand that every client’s needs are different and use various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic approaches.
Having lived in North America, Europe, and Asia, I also recognize the importance of providing culturally competent counseling. I create a space for clients from diverse backgrounds to unpack and understand their unique experiences.
