I welcome working with children (10-12), teens, young adults and adults. I work with children to help them cope with big life changes (divorce, separation, move, step-family). For teens, develop social skills, discover identity and self-esteem and manage anxiety and depression.

For young adults, manage life transition, handling stress, anxiety and depression. We explore meaning and purpose in life. For adults, balancing career, personal and family life. Manage relationship issue, pressure, stress and anxiety, and explore meaning and purpose in this life stage. I truly value the unique experiences each person brings.
