I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, past hurt, relationship struggles, and feeling disconnected from themselves or others. Whether you’re just starting to notice these patterns or have been working through them for a while, we focus on creating more clarity, confidence, and connection in your life and relationships. In a safe and supportive space, I help you explore what may be going on beneath the surface, begin to understand your emotional patterns, and develop healthier ways of thinking, communicating, and relating so you can move toward more peace, stability, and self-trust.
I use a holistic and client-centered approach to assist clients in processing past experiences, enhancing emotional connections, and developing healthier coping skills. Additionally, I incorporate faith-based discussions into the healing process, allowing for spiritual growth that aligns with your beliefs.
