My approach focuses on healing from past learning/programming. Anxiety, depression, personal traumas, and negative relationship cycles can be healed by understanding our experiences and adjusting how we view ourselves, others, and the world. I assist you with building self-confidence and assist you with finding your inner strength to experience your definition of happiness! I also assist clients with increasing assertiveness and improving healthy boundaries. I draw from person centered, Interpersonal, Cognitive Behavioral, and Schema therapies.
I work with clients struggling with unhealthy beliefs and behaviors that contribute to anxiety, depression, low assertiveness, poor boundaries, and leads to relationship dissatisfaction with family, friends, and coworkers. I partner with you to build self-confidence, increase your ability to be assertive with your needs, and create healthier boundaries!
