I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in faith-based counseling. I graduated from Liberty University with a master’s degree in professional counseling and have worked in community centers and provided therapy for a variety of populations. I have treated clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, parenting problems, chronic illness, and more.
Although my approach is faith-based, I also have worked with many clients who do not express a desire to utilize faith during therapy. My approach to therapy includes developing a trust-based, and respectful therapeutic relationship with my clients; utilizing appropriate modalities to address specific needs in order to achieve their clinical goals.
My desire is to provide hope for my clients, to assist them with aspects of self-awareness, insight, and self-love, and learn new skills to achieve their therapeutic goals!
