I'm passionate about working with children ages 4-18, as well as young and middle age adults. Integrating my teaching background into counseling I'd focus on teaching communication skills to children and adolescents who are struggling with family dynamics, relationships, and self esteem issues. I am also passionate about inner child work for adult clients who are looking to heal from past traumas and negative experiences that occurred as children.
My intention is to create a safe space where together we can embark on a healing journey to find your favorite version of yourself. Taking the first steps and getting started with therapy can be daunting. I work hard to make new clients comfortable and offer a safe space to explore and grow as an individual.
