Looking for a therapist can be intimidating, and it may be difficult to find one that is the right fit. As a therapist, I believe the relationship between you as the client and me as the therapist is of utmost importance. I will challenge you to identify what you want in life and how your values align with your goals. I fully believe that every person can make the changes necessary to enhance their life.
My therapeutic style focuses on empowering you as the client to live the life you want to live. I work primarily through a cognitive behavioral lens, while also tailoring my approach to each individual. I enjoy working through relationship and family issues, life transitions and identity work.
