I've been in the mental health field for over 8 years, passionate about helping individuals navigate their emotional journeys. I earned my Master's degree in Counselor Education from Florida A&M University, focusing on Clinical Mental Health. Currently, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), insight-oriented therapy, and solution-focused approaches as a Registered Mental Health Intern. I love working with youth & adolescents, BIPOC communities, and those seeking faith-based counseling. I'm particularly passionate about addressing maternal mental health, BIPOC , children & adolescent issues, depression, and anxiety.

Outside my clinical work, I founded Curls For Queens, a project close to my heart, aiming to empower Black and Brown youth & adolescents while breaking down mental health stigmas.
