I'm passionate about working with clients who have complex trauma. Client needs that I want to create and hold safe spaces for include, but are not limited to, the LGBTQIA+ community, women's issues, Autism, non-traditional relationships, and domestic violence/abuse survivors. My clients want to understand the patterns and behaviors that stem from this trauma, how these impact their environment and relationships, find a gentle empathy within themselves and for themselves, and start to create their ideal life with this new information.
I believe that the power of community and connection to ourselves and others is how we heal. I offer a holistic therapeutic approach, incorporating somatic and polyvagal techniques to blend the mind and body, as well as an IFS framework that fosters a sense of inner harmony and connection to your core self.
Exploring yourself and your world takes time! This is a journey that I would love to share with you, at least for a little while. I'm holding space for you, whenever you're ready.
