I help women and teens find relief from anxiety and trauma, heal from emotional and spiritual wounds and truly feel known. I specialize in Christian counseling, trauma therapy, anxiety and grief support for those tired of holding it together. My warm, relational approach integrates EMDR, IFS/parts work, and other practical tools rooted in hope and healing.

I provide faith-based counseling in Gilbert, Arizona with in-person and online sessions across the state.
